Return Policy

Our primary aim is your complete satisfaction – we strive for you to get the best thc and vapes there are. However, if a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we accept returns on most new and unused items* (certain exceptions are outlined below). Returns are eligible within 30 days (1 month ) from your initial order date.

To streamline the process, we offer three straightforward options for returning items to us:

Our return policy spans 30 days, allowing you a month from item receipt to initiate a return request.

For a return to be considered, the item must remain in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and within its original packaging. Additionally, you must possess the receipt or proof of purchase.

To commence a return, reach out to us at orders@aussie420thcvapes.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, an RMA containing return instructions will be provided. Free return shipping pertains solely to incorrectly received items; in such instances, a return shipping label and detailed instructions on return procedures will be furnished. Items sent back without prior return requests will not be accepted.

Kindly note that return shipping for international orders is not facilitated.

Exchanges & Refunds

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
